The Children’s Trust School Open Morning

We are delighted to invite you to our Open Morning at The Children’s Trust School on Thursday 21 March between 9.30am – 12.00pm.

This event is suitable for anyone interested in learning more about our specialist education, health, therapy and care provision for children aged 2-19 with complex needs, including both prospective parents and professionals involved in education and care, such as social workers, portage teams, case managers, and commissioners.

The morning will start with a presentation by our headteacher, Launa Randles, who will help build a picture of what day-to-day life is like at our School. You will also learn about our specialist education curriculum and explore our extensive therapy offer.

There will be live demonstrations of some of our specialist equipment and technology used to support our pupils including Eye Gaze, the magic carpet and robotics.

We will provide a tour of the school, our facilities and a residential house and you will have the opportunity to speak to our staff including teachers, therapists and those involved in nursing and medical care.
