On Thursday we marked the end of our summer enrichment programme with an inclusive summer festival. It was a day to remember, with the sun shining and families, staff, and volunteers enjoying the beautiful grounds at Tadworth Court.

13-year-old, Oly, from Birmingham, fell off his scooter on 13 February 2024. He was rushed to Birmingham Children’s Hospital where he was unconscious for three days. Oly’s accident resulted in a bleed to the right-hand side of his brain, which impacted the left-hand side of his body. Unable to walk, talk or eat, Oly spent a further three months at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, learning, in Oly’s words, “how to live my life again. I had to learn how to tie my shoelaces. To brush my teeth.”
Every year, The Children's Trust School transforms into a vibrant hub of creativity and innovation for its annual art festival. The 2024 event, themed 'Spirals and Sparkles,' was a magical and enchanting display that captivated children, parents, and art enthusiasts alike.
On 30 August 2024, 86-year-old Pauline Rodger, is proving that age is nothing but a number as she takes on a 10,000ft skydive to raise money for The Children’s Trust.
