The Disabled Children's Partnership has launched a poll to find out the experiences of returning to school for children with disabilities and their families.
The Disabled Children's Partnership (DCP) is a major coalition of more than 70 charities, campaigning to improve health and social care for children with disabilities and additional needs.
In May the DCP asked parents and carers what life in lockdown was like and used the responses to raise the profile of disabled children with Ministers and the wider public.
The results of the current survey will be used anonymously to challenge the inequalities and discrimination families face and to support a media campaign.
