Giving children and young people a voice in the ‘Comprehensive Spending Review’.

Published on: 08/09/20

In September the Government is going to be deciding how to spend our money over the next few years – it’s called the Comprehensive Spending Review.

In a campaign led by the National Children's Bureau, children and young people have written a letter to the Chancellor asking him to put all babies, children and young people at the heart of their spending decisions.

They're asking for more money on improving mental health, help to find suitable jobs or apprenticeships, bringing back local youth services, libraries and community centres.

Young people under the age of 25 and parents of babies and younger children can add their voices to the campaign by signing the letter to the Chancellor.
