Chloe received the Diana Award for going above and beyond in her life for her fundraising work in Isle of Man.
She has raised over £13,000 for a local hospital, £1,000 in a day during the Special Olympics and £3,000 for Dreamcatcher.
She is currently taking part in her latest fundraising challenge running 20K in 20 days and raising money for Make a Wish UK.
The Diana Award is described as the highest accolade a young person can achieve for social action or humanitarian efforts.
Thousands tuned in to the global virtual ceremony, which was streamed around the world on July 1.
There are 13 Diana Award judging panels representing each UK region or nation and three panels representing countries outside the UK.
Tessy Ojo, CEO of the Diana Awards said: “We congratulate all our new Diana Award recipients who are changemakers for their generation. We know by receiving this honour they will inspire more young people to get involved in their communities and begin their own journey as active citizens.
