The Superhero Tri is taking place on 18 August, Dorney Lake, Windsor.

The unique triathlon, which is open to both disabled and non-disabled participants, is being supported by a host of celebrity faces who will also be taking part on the day.

Participants can unite with their team of family and friends to take on a stage each of a Superhero Series challenge – a swim, a bike and a push/run. There is a choice of two distances. Anyone can enter, as long as there's at least one person with a disability per team.

The annual event is one of two in the Superhero Series which is described as the ‘UK’s one and only disability sports series for the Everyday Superhero’.

The idea is to create fun, full-throttle challenges where people with disabilities call the shots and don’t have to worry about cut-off times or equipment restrictions.
