After two decades of building a successful career in the private banking sector, Dalton Leong found his new calling as a natural leader in the charity sector. In 1995, he became a founding Trustee of The Shooting Star Children's Hospice, subsequently moving on to the role of Chief Executive in 2004. Dalton then became Managing Director of Charities & Communities at Global (the UK’s largest commercial media entertainment company) where he led the corporate social responsibility programme and the charities of Heart, Capital and Classic FM, amongst others. Since 2013, he has been the CEO of The Children's Trust - one of the UK's leading charities providing specialist rehabilitation to children with brain injury.
Monty Panesar will always remain as one of the most popular cricketers that England has produced. Regarded by many as a world-class spin bowler, his career has seen many highs - from scalping the wicket of cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar in his very first Test match to 'The Miracle of Cardiff' in 2009, where Monty's partnership with James Anderson was instrumental in helping England clinch a memorable Ashes draw. His commitment and enthusiasm for the sport has always made him stand out. In 2019, he published his autobiography, titled The Full Monty, in which he talks about his part in one of English cricket's most successful eras.
Anna Hemmings MBE is widely known as Britain's most successful ever female kayaker. As a two time Olympian and six times World Champion, Anna knows all about delivering a gold-standard performance in everything she does. After retiring from her sport in 2009, Anna founded Beyond the Barriers - a leading high-performance training consultancy. Through this, she adeptly translates her lessons from sport into the business world and helps individuals, teams and organisations to get the competitive edge.
