Since the very first London Marathon in March 1981, hundreds of thousands of runners have conquered the 26.2mile course - passing London’s most iconic landmarks and being carried forward by the unrivalled roar of one of the world’s most supportive crowds. And in 2027, you could be one of them!
The Children’s Trust - the UK’s leading charity for children and young people with brain injury and neurodisability - will have guaranteed places available on our Squad for the TCS London Marathon in 2027. We are also delighted to welcome any runners who secure their spot through the public ballot.
Running the London Marathon for The Children’s Trust was one of the toughest challenges I’ve ever taken on - but also the most rewarding and inspiring experience of my life.

Before submitting your application, please make sure all fields are filled in. You’ll also need to return a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions to the Sports Events Team as part of the application process.
