Step Forward is a virtual event like no other. There is no set target or specific distance to cover, we simply want you to keep fit and have fun taking as many steps as you can!
Walk, jump, skip or get your steps sponsored walking the dog. You can do anything that is physical and helps you rack up those steps.
One supporter Alexandra Clements is involving the whole family in a big summer sports day and Checkmate Fire one of our corporate supporters have set themselves a target of walking 40,000 steps as a team!

You could get sponsored for taking the dog for a walk or by walking to the food store.
If you're a keen golfer, a round of golf could see your step count really rocket.
