The following vacancies are all full-time (37.5 hours), permanent positions, located at The Children's Trust in Tadworth, Surrey.

In addition to the salary, each newly appointed employee will receive a 'Golden Hello' of £1,000, paid in three payments over twelve months, provided the eligibility criteria is met, further details available on request.


Trust Fundraising Executive

Salary: £26,000

As Trust Fundraising Executive, you will report to the Senior Trust Fundraising Manager within our High Value Philanthropy Team.  Your role will be to proactively develop relationships with charitable trusts and foundations, raising the funds we need to grow our services. Using your skills and experience, you will work as part of the Philanthropy team to secure income from a broad portfolio of existing relationships, as well as researching and cultivating new sources of trust and foundation income.

Trust Fundraising Manager

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)

We are looking for an experienced Trust Fundraising Manager to join our High Value Philanthropy Team and contribute to delivering our ambitious trust fundraising strategy.

You will be responsible for growing a pipeline of opportunities and providing first-class stewardship. As part of a small busy team, you will bring experience of securing five and six figure gifts from a broad portfolio of existing relationships, as well as researching and cultivating new prospects.

Community Fundraising Manager

Salary: £28,500 per annum

Do you want your work to really make a difference? Join The Children’s Trust as our new Community Fundraising Manager and use your sales experience to raise money and change the lives of children with brain injury. This role will require the successful candidate to be proactive, target orientated, strategic and relationship focused.

As Community Fundraising Manager you will be working with individuals and volunteers to maximise income for The Children’s Trust. Responsibilities will include generating income by engaging the local community through a varied programme of activities, events and products.

Individual Giving Officer

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)

Are you a skilled direct marketer? Do you have experience of working across print and digital? Would you like to join a passionate and friendly Supporter Marketing team and help us deliver a successful fundraising strategy? We're excited to be looking for an Individual Giving Officer to support our work with children with brain injury and neurodisability
 
This role will require the successful candidate to be responsible for the operational delivery of the Individual Giving strategy, using proven fundraising techniques across print and digital to grow and diversify our programme, engaging with both new and existing audiences to support our work with children with brain injury and neurodisability.
 
You'll plan, manage and deliver impactful campaigns through the full creative process and will manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the delivery of results, alongside meeting compliance requirements; competent in setting-up processes needed to deliver accurate data and drive precise insights and analysis.
 
With experience of working in a collaborative environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Events Executive

Salary £24,500 per annum (Part time hours will be considered)

As our Events Executive, you will report to the Senior Events Fundraising Manager, and play a crucial role within the Volunteer Fundraising department. By supporting the delivery of our fundraising events, by building epic relationships with our fundraisers, by spotting opportunities and by contributing bags of passion and drive to the team, you will help maximise our income to benefit the children we support.

As our Event Executive we would expect you to have current experience in events (ideally in the charity sector) or relevant transferable experience. You will bring a ‘can do’ attitude, an open mind and drive to succeed. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously, show confidence in communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, show their attention to detail and desire to make a difference through their work.
