McFly’s Harry Judd calls on runners to enter ballot to run a marathon in aid of The Children’s Trust
On Sunday the musician joined 48 amazing runners who all completed the 2024 TCS London Marathon to support children and young people with brain injury.
It is the second marathon for Harry, who is an ambassador for The Children’s Trust and completed his race in an impressive 3 hours and 23 minutes.
Being interviewed throughout didn’t seem to deter Harry as he told the BBC’s Gabby Logan the mid-race chats had spurred him on even faster than his training plan goals.
I’d encourage anyone to run for The Children’s Trust! I’ve been lucky enough to meet some very special children who have been helped by the charity, and this is a cause which is incredibly close to me and my wife, Izzy.

Why run for The Children’s Trust?
Every year 40,000 children in the UK are left with a brain injury as a result of an accident or illness.
They may no longer be able to walk, talk, stand, sit, or feed themselves – sometimes all these abilities.
I ran to repay the truly amazing team who performed miracles for my grandson, Hubert, after he experienced a brain injury.
