Christmas came early on Tuesday 14 December for young people at The Children’s Trust when a convoy of supercars, including a McLaren 675LT and Lamborghini Diablo SV paid them a special visit ahead of The Supercar Event 2022.

The children and young people, who will be staying at the charity’s clinical site over Christmas to receive intensive rehabilitation, gathered outside on the grounds at The Children’s Trust to chat to the drivers, and rev the engines on the supercars.

Peter Dietsch, one of the drivers who organised the supercar visit, comments: “It was an absolute pleasure to meet all the children and spread some Christmas cheer. It has been a challenging few years and it was great to see so many smiles on faces! We had a lovely time and hope to see the young people at The Supercar Event next Summer.”

More than 150 cars will appear at The Children’s Trust Supercar Event on Friday 22 and Saturday 23 July 2022. The two-day event, based at Goodwood Motor Circuit, hopes to raise more than £100,000 for The Children’s Trust, the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury.

Until 31 December there is 20% off all entrance tickets.  To find out more visit: See Tickets.
